VEGAN DIET OR MEDITERRANEAN DIET – THE BEST DIET FOR HUMAN BEINGS
So as part of my Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine I was assigned to research the effects that a Mediterranean Diet can have on heart disease. In the process of reading through different peer-reviewed research papers I stumbled across one comparing a Mediterranean Diet and a Vegan Diet so of course I just had to read it.
