In this technique, the therapist will try to control the patient’s tendency to crave for unhealthy foods by associating to rather revolting sensations or taste. The method serves only as a tool to motivate and encourage a person to follow a more strict exercise regimen and an effective diet plan. Hypnosis for weight loss will only start to work once the person takes the suggestions and efficiently uses them in his journey to lose weight.
