breakfast: 2 large eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1/2 avacodo,2 tbsp cheese
2 hours later
snack, 2 celery stalks
2 hours later
lunch:5 oz chicken , 2 cups of greens, 2 tbsp dressing
2hours later
1/4 cup sliced cucumber, 1oz cheese
2hours later
Dinner:6 oz fish, 1 cup brocolli, 1 tbsp butter

you can always substitute fish for chicken or steak or other no carb proteins.
