Ayesha and Samaya explore the Mediterranean diet

The Mediterranean diet has grown in popularity over the last few decades due to its nutritious and heart-healthy meals focuses on seafood, fruit and vegetables, and olive oil. In this video, a project for THINK Global School teacher Sam Nelson’s Spanish class, tenth graders Ayesha and Samaya conduct interviews while on a food tour of Athens to learn more about the diet’s popularity in one of the Mediterranean’s most popular cities.
