Food plan for week 1 is exactly as follows
Breakfast
2 small tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
2 oz turkey sausage
snack
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch
6 oz (protein of your choice)
1/3 cup rice
1 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup sliced cucmbers
1/4 cup mushrooms
2 tbsp dressing
snack
1 gram shake(Atkins)
dinner
6 oz (protein)
2 cups of greens
1/2 Haas avocado
2 tbsp dressing
