30 day fat loss diet (challenge): We are doing the ketogenic diet with a twist! NO MEAT (vegetarian style) for 30 days! My goal is to lose fat, as you can see by my macros, however this can be easily turned into a weight loss challenge by changing the calorie intake/goal 🙂
